Cedar Mountain is a family-run studio nestled on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. For over 40 years, founders Don and Suzanne Zacharias have been doing what they love most: designing and handcrafting beautiful, meaningful pieces for the home. Their creations reflect a deep appreciation for authenticity, warmth, and the charm of well-loved spaces.
Cedar Mountain remains intentionally small and sustainable. Every item is made in their backyard studio, often with the help of a close-knit team that feels like family. Inspiration comes from the everyday beauty of home life like coffee breaks with their young grandsons, the natural surroundings of the island, and a shared love for cozy, welcoming spaces filled with stories and soul.
