Our location defines nature's true beauty, but does not provide exceptional shipping options or services.
Flat rate shipping will be applied to all purchases, and appear in your total at check out. All orders will be shipped via your chosen shipping method, and tracking numbers will be provided.
All shipping options pick up only once a day, Monday - Friday. There is no pick up on holidays, so requests for overnight or two day delivery are not available. We will try our best to get your purchase shipped as soon as possible. If you place your order on a Friday, the shipping confirmation and tracking may take a few days.
Please note that delivery times may be impacted by weather/road conditions.
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. During checkout, you will be able to select from the following methods:
Shipping costs are flat rate, and added to your total at checkout.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
We accept refund requests for goods that are broken, or the wrong size. We do not accept refunds on food items and sale items.
Returns can be made in person at any of our stores, or by mail. To return a good by mail, pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
