Angela Harding is a celebrated British printmaker whose work blends traditional linocut and vinyl-cutting with layered silkscreen techniques to capture the atmospheric flora and fauna of the UK countryside. Based in her garden studio in Rutland, she transitioned from a twenty-year career as a teacher and gallery director to a full-time artist, drawing inspiration from her rural surroundings and travels to create her signature motifs of hares, birds, and coastal vistas. Renowned for her tactile, analog process, she has gained widespread acclaim for both her fine art prints and her evocative book illustrations, including covers for authors like Raynor Winn and her own award-winning titles such as A Year Unfolding and Wild Light.
