About the Artist

Amy Keller-Rempp is a Métis artist, born to a German pipeline worker and a proud Tyendinaga Mohawk mother who nurtured her creative spirit. Raised in rural Ontario, she found early inspiration in nature and wildlife.

Working primarily in acrylic and oil, Amy has developed a distinctive Modern Impressionist style and is also recognized internationally for her metal art. Her First Nations heritage and the memory of her late father continue to fuel her artistic passion.

“My parents have always been the driving force. They often told me how proud they were of me; both said I would be famous one day. They encouraged me to continue to grow and though my dad is no longer here, I still feel that encouragement.”
